**Job Title: Digital Marketer**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will work hand in hand with the Director of Business development in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our websites and increase brand awareness. Additionally you will be consulting with some of our key contractors in helping them increase their digital marketing effectiveness. If you are passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and have education and experience in this field, we would love to talk.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage national and international paid ads campaigns
- Manage social media accounts
- Manage email campaigns
- Create and update website pages as relevant to the success of digital campaigns
- Execute social media marketing campaigns to promote products/services
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce performance to maximize sales and ROI
- Work with creatives to develope effective ads, videos, landing pages, etc.
- Provide regular anaylitcs reports to company leadership
- Assist in content creation for blog posts, articles, and other digital assets
**Qualifications:**
- Proven training and experience in Google paid ads management
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and strategies
- Proficient in Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with WordPress for website management is a plus
- Graphic design capabilities are another plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
