WDAY-TV has an immediate opening for a full-time or part-time Technical Media Director. We offer on the job training with no experience necessary! We are looking for a dependable individual to join our broadcast production team, working behind the scenes of a newscast to code the program and execute live newscasts!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with various technical systems to code and technical direct newscasts, provide production assistance, ingest commercials, technical direct other live events, and other production duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must maintain prompt and reliable attendance, be able to work unsupervised, and adhere to deadlines.

• Available to work in-person, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and use two upper extremities at the same time.

• 18 years of age.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record that is insurable by the company and carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.
