Responsibilities:

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure machinery and equipment are operational and meeting production goals.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards through diligent oversight and adherence to processes.
• Lead and Inspire: Directly manage and motivate a team of production employees to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
• Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A solid educational foundation or relevant work experience that demonstrates your ability to succeed in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve production goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications to analyze data and track metrics effectively.
