As a key member of our operations, you will oversee the safe and efficient production of our high-quality automotive products.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure Operational Excellence : Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure machinery and equipment are operational and meeting production goals.
- Maintain Quality Standards : Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards through diligent oversight and adherence to processes.
- Lead and Inspire : Directly manage and motivate a team of production employees to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
- Monitor Performance : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of production processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience : A solid educational foundation or relevant work experience that demonstrates your ability to succeed in a manufacturing leadership role.
- Supervisory Experience : Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve production goals.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications to analyze data and track metrics effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Independent Thinker : Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions that align with company objectives and operational priorities.
