Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing positive outcomes
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support

• Sales:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions and products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Conduct in person presentations to potential and existing customers to promote products and services

• Administrative:

  • Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the energy sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
