Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Systems Engineer to join our IT team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure based on Windows server technologies, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of various enterprise applications. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in systems engineering, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

- Design, configure, and maintain Windows server environments including upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability and security of the IT infrastructure.
- Implement Active Directory and group policies to manage network resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with network engineers and other IT staff to integrate Windows systems with other technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance on Windows systems for IT projects and business units.
- Experience 5-7 years
- Strong understanding of Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, and network configurations.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Group Policies and Password Management
- Strong understanding of Server set-up and Cloud Connections
- Aptitude to grow into a Security Engineer
