Join Our Team: Behavioral Health Technicians Needed

We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to provide exceptional care and supervision to our clients. Our talent search and vetting process is now underway.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Maintain a positive attitude and clear understanding of boundaries

- Prevent against AMA (Against Medical Advice) incidents

- Preferably 1 years of experience

- Knowledgeable in all stages of treatment, relapse, and recovery

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability

- Complete intake paperwork and client log book entries accurately

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all State and Federal HIPAA laws regarding confidentiality

- Available for day, weekday, weekend, and night shifts

- Ensure client safety

- Perform regular Q 30s

- Manage the UA process

- Excel in multi-tasking and remain calm under pressure

- Collaborate effectively in a team environment

- Work closely with our clinical team

- Possess appropriate crisis intervention training

- Oversee property cleanliness, including tenant housing

- Observe medication administration

- Report any potentially dangerous or violent situations

- Execute all duties successfully

- Full-time and part-time positions available

- Hold a clean and valid drivers license

- CPR and First Aid certified

- High school diploma or GED

- Positions available for both male and female shifts

Compensation:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
