Forza Commercial Real Estate is Hiring a Director of Business Development Near Indianapolis, IN

Forza Commercial Real Estate is seeking to hire a driven entrepreneurial Director of Business Developer to assist us in our next level of growth. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and organizing all aspects of tasks related to Company Business Development and Acquisition. The Director of Business Development is a key component of The Company’s continued growth and as such there is a huge potential for personal and professional growth in this role. Competitive compensation commensurate to experience with long-term potential for incentives.

Business Development:

  • Work in partnership with the team on underwriting and due diligence efforts for new investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with different institutions, real estate agents and Cities Officials within the Commercial Real Estate and Residential Homes Sector
  • Identify and fully evaluate opportunity that fall within the scope of company’s business plan.
  • Once project is identified, Business Development Representative will build a feasible study and present to President for approval of project.
  • Analyze market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Working closing with the Construction Team and Financial Team to and make sure projects hits vision of project.
  • Provides necessary skills to plan, organize, direct and coordinate business development opportunities to meet objectives of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Real Estate experience required
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and other business related software is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain schedules and drive revenue.
  • Proforma and P&L responsibility preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work closely with team members.
  • Must be able to travel (drive) to the all locations regularly
