Foss Heating and Cooling in Mt Vernon is a dominant heating and air conditioning company serving Mt. Vernon and the surrounding area.

We have an opportunity for a top-notch Salesperson to join our team. Everyone needs air conditioning and heating, and everyone is interested in reducing energy costs and being more comfortable.

We have qualified sales leads, 100% financing, professional training, and full warranties.

We hire top performers, not backgrounds. If you have the skills, we will know. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and be able to close a deal.

We'll provide you with training to succeed. We offer a small base with huge performance rewards. If you're only looking for $70k a year, then this opportunity is not for you.

If you are looking to earn over $150k, then we want to talk to you. Come build your own empire within our reputable and progressive company.

Primary Job Function : To educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Work Hours : 40 hours per week, may include Saturday appointments.

Pay Scale : Base Commission, targeted yearly compensation $150k !!!

Required Qualifications :

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working with Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Well-organized and ability to work independently
