Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and tracking.

- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to reduce stockouts and overstocking.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for inventory purchases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise a team of third key personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Manage the administrative aspects of inventory management, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain a system for tracking inventory movement, ensuring accountability and reducing errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the inventory management process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management and leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual).
- Experience with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
