Our client, a regional contractor in Philadelphia, is on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager / Estimator to spearhead the growth of their Water Plant Division. This is a senior role at the forefront of their team, with a clear path to ownership within 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of water treatment plant projects from estimation to construction
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure top-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with field teams to deliver successful projects

What you'll need:

• Proven experience in Water/wastewater Construction
• Ideally a Bachelors in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• The ability to work in their Philadelphia office, and travel out to sites when required
