Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team and prepare delicious sushi dishes in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and be able to create visually appealing and tasty sushi plates.

Duties:

- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri according to recipes
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station
- Monitor and restock inventory of sushi ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and sushi preparation
- Familiarity with menu planning and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
