Fotona iscurrently seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and dedicated Area Sales Managerto aggressively prospect and develop new Dental customers in our South Florida Territory.This is an excellent opportunityfor a driven, organized, and self-directed individual seeking to take their sales career to the next level. Dental sales experience, high-volume lead generation, as well asa proven track record in closing dealsare a plus.
This individual willgain hands-on education and experience with leading-edge laser technologywhile receiving a competitive salary and commissionsand accelerating their career aspirations. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running, and continuousstudy of Fotonaproducts, the dental industry,and laser dentistry is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona’s growing customer base
  • Manage high-volume cold calls todental practices
  • Identifydecision-makers and evaluate buying process
  • Determineprospects' business needs and goals to identify solutions
  • Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows
  • Build strong networks within the organization, the defined territory, and the dental industry
  • Collect, record, and diligently track all prospects, leads, and activitiesusing CRM
  • Manage warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities
  • Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona, LLC
  • Demonstrate consistently strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • RepresentFotona with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Dental Sales, Capital Equipment and/orDurable Medical Equipment Salesexperience is preferred
  • Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles
  • Excellent phone, email,and in-person sales and communication skills
  • Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skillsfor efficient documentation, communication, and research
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
  • Reliable, strong work ethic and abilityto work independently to produce results
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to drive within theterritory daily
  • Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows, trainings, and other events
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally
  • Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive and for extended periods frequently
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary based on experience and track record, plus uncapped commissions
