Responsibilities:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for leadership reporting and optimization.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels
- Coordinate events and tradeshows including offsite planning, preparation, and logistical coordination of various regional meetings and workshops, and onsite and remote support for tradeshows as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Three or more years of marketing experience
- Proven success in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience driving growth through digital, email, offline, and social channels
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to and work from our Irvine Office
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters
- Ability to stand, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods
