Service Cashier / Receptionist

Foundation Automotive of Wichita Falls is searching for a service receptionist. Applicants must demonstrate a positive, friendly disposition with both customers and coworkers.

They must be organized, possess a high level of integrity, and have a commitment to world class customer service. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Automotive Receptionist Duties

• Schedules service appointments over the phone. This will be this person’s primary duty.
• Greets customers and directs them to the appropriate department.
• Communicates effectively and politely with all customers and coworkers.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and professionalism in all aspects of position.
• Answers a high-volume of calls with friendliness and professionalism and directs them to the appropriate department or person.
• Uses the computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
• Maintains accurate files and call logs.
• Makes deposits.
• Works the service cash register.

Automotive Receptionist Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of reception or office experience or customer service
• Computer literate
• Must be able to multitask and follow directions
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass pre-employment testing such as background test and drug screen

Hours

Full time 40-hour week. Rotating shifts, either 7-4 or 9-6, M-F; work every other Saturday 7 : 30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Compensation :

$12.50 / hour during 90-day probationary period; $13 / hour after a successful probationary period
