Come build your career with an exciting and growing organization within the building products industry! Warehouser are a skilled group of individuals that masterfully inspect, service, troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair commercial doors. As a Warehouser, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service while executing all daily functions including, but not limited to, the functions described below. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.Able to install, repair and modify commercial door hardware.Basic wood shop or carpenter experience.Basic power tools experienceRecognize and modify hardware for locks by changing levers, lock bodies, trims, or cylinders.Troubleshoot equipmentCreate and maintain master key systemsPerform re-keying and pining of locksPerform small projects as directed by ManagementConform to all company policies and procedures, and OSHA standardsMaintain a full understanding of all productsMaintain a basic knowledge of equipment to determine necessary repairsAssure equipment and work area are kept cleanResponsible for inspection of product, paperwork, and all daily dutiesRead instructions and understand procedure manualsPerform basic math skillsMinimum 2-year experience in fast paced, technical, and related industry positionAble to work in a diverse, fast paced, technology-driven environmentAbility to lift up to 75 lbsMust be reliable and be detail orientedEager to learn and use skill set to advance in careerExperience with commercial doors, frames, or hardware preferredAttend and participate in all required company training programsParticipate in monthly and/or annual physical inventoriesHigh school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or trainingSupport our company values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customersOther duties may be assignedAfter receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.FBM Benefits: A principled approach to work, including honesty and integrityA friendly and supportive work environmentCompetitive pay and incentivesExcellent benefits including: Medical, Dental and Vision plans, 401(k)
