Foundations Behavioral Health is Hiring a Nurse Manager Near Doylestown, PA
The ideal candidate will possess progressive experience as a nurse, including supervisory experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for oversight and management of patient care needs, and assuring adherence to all nursing policies and procedures throughout the 60-bed inpatient program. Responsibilities will include training and orientation, ongoing supervision and evaluation of nurses. The position works closely with nursing leaders and other hospital leaders to provide managerial support to daily operations of the inpatient units.

Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required, (BSN preferred)
- 3 years previous supervisory experience in a in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- 2 years of nursing management experience preferred
