HR COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY
Palmetto Summerville Behavioral Health is a residential treatment facility, located in Summerville, South Carolina. We treat children and adolescents, ages 7 to 18, who require a highly structured and supervised therapeutic environment.
Residents attend programming separately, and are assigned to a group based on functioning level and treatment needs.
The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR team in supporting the HR function and activities for the organization.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : onboarding and all functions of the pre-hire process, scanning, filing, answering phones, copying, faxing, HR communications, employee engagement, employee relations, file maintenance, posting jobs, preparing and maintaining employee files, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews and assisting with the interview process, ensuring background and reference checks are completed, orienting employees and other duties as assigned.
The HR Coordinator will work with department heads regarding position management and source verification.
