We are seeking a bright, forward thinking, deadline driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Vallejo Marina. Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be driven to improve their part of our organization.
Administrative Assistant
We will consider both part time and full-time candidates – weekend shifts are required. You would be scheduled to work 3 weekend shifts per month and a combination of weekday shifts.
Job Summary: You will support our Vallejo Marina team by completing administrative functions to include: greeting customers, answering phones, posting to social media accounts, assisting with special projects and event coordination. Office administration duties include tracking account receivable, customer contracts, marina occupancy and other relevant business metrics.
