**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media
- Manage strategies for revenue growth and customer acquisiton effectively
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead, direct and execute on all marketing channels and platforms
- Collaborate with teams and thought leader to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Drive SEO, podcast, and YouTube initiatives to improve online visibility and traffic
- Manage product marketing activities, including books, shows, events, product launches and promotions
- Execute email marketing campaigns and newletters to engage customers and drive conversions as well as implement growth plan for increasing email subscribers
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role with a minimum of 7 years working experience (or MBA)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and advertising strategies
- Experience in digital marketing and/or media incuding social media, podcast, YouTube, TV, radio
- Proficiency in web development and/or tech stack tools is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with authors, thought leaders, media, events is an added bonus
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior
