Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for Crew Leaders at Fountain City Painting located in Lees Summit, MO. As a Crew Leader, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing painting projects, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will also be responsible for training and supervising the painting crews, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the painting or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• OSHA certification is a plus
