As a Universal Banker, you’ll play a crucial role in our bank by providing a wide range of services to our valued customers. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Teller Transactions: Accurately handle cash transactions, including check deposits, and withdrawals.
• Customer Service Excellence: You’ll assist customers with opening new accounts, explain our suite of banking products, and process account-related requests.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive banking experience.
• Compliance: Follow Bank Secrecy Act guidelines, complete necessary reports, and maintain transaction records.
• Product Knowledge: Promote additional services, such as loans, to meet customer needs.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months’ experience in cash handling, as well as sales experience, particularly in cross-marketing products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
