Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative on a commission-based structure. The primary focus of this role will be generating sales leads, cultivating relationships with customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. This position offers flexibility with Saturday as the primary day of work, and other days as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and client referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, and close sales transactions in a timely manner.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales conversions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product/service features and benefits.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work Saturdays as the primary day of work, with availability on other days as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
• Commission-Driven: Comfortable working on a commission-based structure with a split of 60/40.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
