We’re looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our Winooski home base as Head Chef. Having developed a loyal following since we launched our new home base in 2021, we are now building a high performing leadership team to take the taproom to the next level and beyond. Our taproom is the public face of Four Quarters, and we use it to provide an immersive experience for our customers. We strive to produce exceptional beer and delicious complimentary food selections to be consumed in a safe, comfortable, and clean environment. Operations run 7 days a week for lunch and dinner with a seating capacity of 200 people. This role will be taking over for an experienced chef who is opening his own venue, so the team and food offering are in great shape. That said, we are excited for someone to make their mark and Four Quarters, and to develop a food program that supports our broader brand goals and values.
You’ll be supported and guided by an experienced management team, and will work alongside great operators from brewing to marketing to taproom management…and everything in between! Your previous experience, team-first approach, and passion for delivering excellent hospitality will put you as a front runner for the position.
