Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needsProvide instruction in various subjects such as math, language arts, science, and social studiesUtilize effective teaching strategies to support students' learning goalsConduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordinglyCollaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure student successCreate engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning stylesManage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environmentDirect a team of teaching assistants and support them in their role as classroom aids.
