Job Description: DCA Construction Products, a manufacturer of concrete accessories, is seeking a sales manager to join our team in the concrete construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. This candidate will focus on sales and sales management within our existing Precast Division.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Precast Concrete market.
• Focus on growing existing Key Accounts and identify and pursue new prospective Key Accounts.
• Manage a team of existing Account Managers within our Precast Division.
• Identify new product opportunities applicable to the precast concrete market.
