Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Account Sales Manager for the Central Florida area.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Account Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the IT recruitment sector.

Position Overview: As an Account Sales Representative at Four Squared Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and presenting our tailored IT recruitment solutions to help them find the right talent. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the Central Florida area who require IT recruitment services. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their recruitment needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight Four Squared Solutions’ value proposition and capabilities in IT recruitment.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and results.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to successful placement.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of service and close sales deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT recruitment or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Location: Based in Orlando, FL, with the ability to travel within the Central Florida market

Education and experience:

Physical Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area. This position requires regular business travel mostly by car within a set geographic region.
  • Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion
