What are your responsibilities
- Manage and overseeing the construction site
- Supervising on-site personnel, subcontractors and vendors
- Collaborating with project teams to develop plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
- Ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of various construction trades and their requirements
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts
Requirements:
- Owns a smartphone with a quality data plan
-Transportation to and from work
-Valid driver's license
Experience: 3 years working in any of the below trades (Required):
-Asphalt shingle roofing
-Torch roofing
-TPO / EPDM roofing
-Sheet metal experience
-Flashing
-Gutters and downspouts
-Drywall and paint repair
-Siding
-Exterior trim / carpentry
