Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla is seeking a Security Manager with experience delivering exceptional service whilst ensuring the safety of guests, employees and protecting the resort’s assets.
What you will do
The Security Manager manages and supervises the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure safety and security of all guests, employees, and property. The Security Manager must demonstrate high standards, uncompromising ethics and genuine care and concern for the wellbeing of guests and staff. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to implementing policies and procedures regarding security and safety, designing, and implementing preventative safety and security programs, investigating crimes committed against the hotel, guests and employees, documenting all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements and reviewing and conducting performance evaluation of Security staff. The Security Manager also assists hotel staff in handling of unusual guest or employee problems, such as, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, suicides, bomb threats, employee or guest accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance, and natural disasters. The Security Manager also trains, schedules, disciplines, and direct security personnel in all aspects of security policies and procedures.
What you bring
Previous experience in Security management or a related field is required.
Bachelor’s degree in public safety or related field is beneficial.
A passion for teaching and training staff.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, management, guests, and residents.
