Foursight Capital is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Recovery Collector.
As a Recovery Collector, you will negotiate arrangements for payment or settlements with customers on deficiency balances on accounts. Working with customers who are at the end of their lease to arrange for them to purchase or return the collateral. Locate customers using skip tracing tools to collect on deficiency balance.
Pay: From $19.00/hr DOE Bonus of 3% of the money you collect! (NO MAX)
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-6:00PM with a rotating Saturday once every 6 to 8 weeks
Job Duties:
· Places outgoing calls and takes incoming calls regarding account deficiencies.
· Prepare and mail Notice of Deficiency letters to responsible parties.
· Prepare affidavits for 3rd party collectors and legal.
· Determine account eligibility for transfer to appropriate 3rd party collection agencies
· Prepare garnishment paperwork for applicable parties; court clerk, constable, account employer(s)
· Other duties as required.
Required experience/education:
· Customer Service: 1 year
· Collections: 2 years
· High school or equivalent
· Interpersonal skills promoting a team environment.
· Six (6) months office experience or equivalent education and training.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Outstanding phone and negotiation skills.
