Fourth Floor is Hiring an Account Sales Manager Near New York, NY

Our client, is a high end diamond jewelry company seeking a account manager, who will lead a team to achieve company goals in the jewelry department.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee a team to ensure execution of order status, billing, returns and special orders
  • Work hand in hand with senior team in developing and executing a business strategy
  • Collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers to build action plans and identify needs
  • Managed the operational aspect of the order processing to ensure timely delivery
  • Understand the key parameters of web analytics and reporting and being able to optimize the KPIs for leveraging brand experience activities
  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail
  • Fashion forward individual passionate about working with jewelry

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in an account management role
  • College degree or pertinent work experience
  • Must have advanced Excel knowledge with V-lookups and Pivot tables.
  • Previous jewelry experience is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Microsoft Team experience
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Able to think outside of the box in a fast environment
