Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team temporarily!

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Reconciliation – review vendor aging reports, Journal Entries, payment clearing

Process the invoices for the Corporate Office for the following areas :

• Engineering/Maintenance Dept.
• IT Dept. including phones and utilities
• Advertising/ PR/ Event dept.
• Legal Dept.
• Logistic Dept.
• Loss Prevention Dept.
• Stationary and supplies
• Travel expenses
• Fragrance and Skincare invoices
• Employee Expenses
• Rent Payment for retail stores

Ensure proper payment via check and/or electronic

Respond to inquiries from Corporate departments and vendors

Requirements and skills

• 3 - 4 years’ experience & bachelors degree in accounting
• Highly organized
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with SAP
• Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
