Our client, a leader in fashion watches and wearable tech, is seeking a motivated Amazon Ecommerce Coordinator to join their team! This role is based in their Great Neck, Long Island offices, offering amazing mentorship and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring list and availability of all styles on order
• Completing set up sheet and uploads to Vendor Central
• Updating style numbers, ASINs, Titles, product variants, catalog attributes etc. into Vendor Central and to Sharepoint
• Send biweekly reporting
• Responsible for order management including reporting, tracking and confirming
• Coordinating with shipping department including detailed replenishment reports and tracking shipping dates
• Contribute to International Amazon set up and account maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of relevant Amazon Vendor Central experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Analytical & data-driven mindset

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience
