Our client, a swimwear manufacturer, is seeking an Allocator to join their team! in North Brunswick, NJ!
Responsibilities :
- Act as primary contact for any issues relating to purchase orders or fulfillment
- Ensure POs are processed correctly
- Manage all communication relating to order fulfillment status
- Onboard new customers, including EDI testing
- Manage inventory allocations
- Resolve vendor chargebacks
- Develop and maintain processes for customer support functions
Qualifications :
- 5 years’ relevant experience
- Must have familiarity with EDI (850, 856, 810, 855)
- Well organized, detail-oriented and strong time management skills
- Knowledge of compliance and routing
