Our client, a leading innovator in the fashion watch, wearable tech and accessories industry, is looking for a marketing project coordinator to join their growing team in Little Neck, NY. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, with a strong interest in the fashion and ecommerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the digital asset library
• Assist with the logistics and coordination of marketing events and photoshoots.
• Manage and respond to general inquiries from clients and team members, providing timely and accurate information.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Help manage project management software and tools.
• Manage and track marketing inventory, such as promotional items and materials.
• Provide support for public relations activities, including sending product samples and sharing digital images.
• Provide support for digital agency, including sharing assets and marketing calendar updates.
• Task Management: Help assign, track, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion by team members.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and available.
• Project Tracking: Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated.

Requirements:

• Experienced with project management systems (i.e. Monday, JIRA, Wrike)
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
• Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude

Salary: $55,000-60,000 commensurate with experience

Monday-Thursday in office in Little Neck, Queens. Friday’s work from home.
