Our client, a Fashion Brand is actively seeking a PLM Assistant to join their team! We are looking for someone hardworking and passionate, who is eager to learn within this fast-paced dynamic company environment.

You must be skilled with Flex PLM

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and updates in FlexPLM for Fabric to ensure correct information is being shared cross functionally.
• Input all fabric specifications in PLM.
• Create all seasonal Sample Yardage orders.
• Organize and maintain seasonal fabric binders.
• Support the fabrics team with managing accurate and updated FIS/QPS sheets for all raw materials.
• Track and send packages.
• Check in seasonal submits and trackall quality and color approvals.
• Keep fabric library organized and current.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Design, Production/Sourcing, or Fabric R&D experience
• Bachelors degree
• Demonstrated creative interest, sense, and ability
• Working knowledge of and interest in fabrics/ raw materials
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong written and communication skills
