Our client, a home textiles company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC!

This is a full-time, on-site position. Requires 5 days a week in office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production and shipment process
• Monitor timelines, delivery status, ensure deadlines are met
• Organize and maintain WIP reports
• Manage sample approvals
• Daily communication with overseas factories
• Prepare cost sheets and monitor quality assurance process
• Place purchase orders and manage item setups

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• 4 years of strong production experience (with a home textiles company)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin a plus

Salary: $65,000-$80,000
