Our client, an athleisure manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely deliveries and make time and action calendars.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to collect orders for both seasonal and replenishment inventory.
- Create purchase orders and verify all details with factories.
- Liaise with the Design and Buying teams to determine specifications for labels and coordinate the delivery of these labels to manufacturing facilities.
- Regularly update and communicate projected delivery timelines for production items categorized by style, providing information to Logistics, Sales, and Management teams
- Arrange QC for all products.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in apparel production.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be a strong communicator.
- Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Detail Orientated and analytical thinker.
