Our client, a swimwear manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Men's Swimwear team in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development process for the men's swimwear collection from concept to final product
• Conduct market research
• Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes
• Create technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs
• Ensure quality standards are being met
• Present design concepts and collections to senior management
• Oversee fittings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
• At least 8 years of experience in swimwear design
• Proven experience managing a design team
• In-depth knowledge of swimwear fabrics, construction techniques, and fit
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
