Our client, a fragrance company, is seeking a Sr. Director of New Packaging Development to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations, Packaging Development & Sourcing, and Project Management functions
• Manage new launches, value analysis, and redevelopment projects
• Present monthly product launch status reports to top leadership
• Manage global budget
• Vendor relationships and portfolio management (includes contracts and planning, building innovation, and mitigating risks)
• Recommend sourcing and supply chain strategy to the leadership team

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 10 years in the Cosmetic or Fragrance industry, or other relevant consumer goods
• Must have a packaging development/package engineering background
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $200,000-240,000
