Our client, a leading contemporary womenswear brand, is seeking a Store Manager for their Madison Avenue location! Seeking a talented, energetic, sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships via proactive outreach.
- Utilize company sales techniques and exceed performance goals.
- Stay informed about collection trends to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain store organization and uphold brand standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Create a positive team environment and embrace feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous management and luxury retail sales experience required.
- Passion for team leadership, sales and development
- Strong Communication skills
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 monthly bonus, Commensurate with experience
