Our client, a swimwear manufacturer, is seeking an Allocator to join their team! in North Brunswick, NJ!

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for any issues relating to purchase orders or fulfillment
• Ensure POs are processed correctly
• Manage all communication relating to order fulfillment status
• Onboard new customers, including EDI testing
• Manage inventory allocations
• Resolve vendor chargebacks
• Develop and maintain processes for customer support functions

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ relevant experience
• Must have familiarity with EDI (850, 856, 810, 855)
• Proficient in Excel and Bluecherry
• Well organized, detail-oriented and strong time management skills
• Knowledge of compliance and routing
