Our client, a Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for a Wholesale Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! Ideal background is from showroom/ retail/ sample roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and catalogue incoming sample shipments
• Review samples for quality
• Prepare and track outgoing shipments for PR team
• Assist sales team with PO entry and maintenance
• Assist during buying appointments
• Close out sales orders
• Open and close showroom before and after appointments
• Other admin tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Applicable experience in retail
• 1-2 years working experience within a showroom, wholesale, buying assistant
• Strong communication skills
• Creative and proactive attitude
• Strong Excel skills required
• V-Lookups and Pivot Tables knowledge required
