Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Smyrna Truck’s product offerings.
  • Provide detailed product presentations and consultations to customers.
  • Tailor product solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales support teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of trucks, truck equipment, bucket trucks, tow and recovery vehicles, and related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong excel and analytic skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the state of Florida as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
