Our company is seeking an organized office assistant to support our growing company. You will communicate with vendors and clients, obtain bids from subcontractors, place change orders, manage AR/AP, process payroll. The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills, and Quickbooks experience is a must. Previous experience in the construction industry is also helpful.
This position will be a part time position with flexible hours approximately 15 hours per week.
Location: Norcross, GA
Candidates must successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test.
