Position SummaryUnloads and loads merchandise trucks, reads and understands work orders, locates and picks items from storage areas, and packs items for shipment
Position Responsibilities
- Verifies that merchandise is correct for the work order and finalizes and fulfills the shipment.
- Receives, stores, and ensures accuracy of inventory.
- May operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks, as well as other equipment including bar code scanners, carts, and dollies.
- May resolve customer order issues, including processing returns.
- Adheres to safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
