Job Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property management, customer service, and sales. If you have experience with CMMS, Yardi, and a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize CMMS and Yardi software to manage property-related tasks efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist in sales efforts by showcasing available properties and promoting leasing opportunities
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Organize and maintain property files accurately

Requirements:
- Proficiency in CMMS and Yardi software platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
- Knowledge of property management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is advantageous
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and other property-related laws

Pay: $41,527.65 - $70,000.00 per year
