**What we offer:**

We are looking for a friendly Bartender to join us on our journey to food enlightenment.

**What youll do:**

* Welcome and greet all guests in our Lounge, making them comfortable and letting them know youre there to personally take care of them

* Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely manner

* Provide spirited and informed hospitality while building strong guest relationships

* Answer questions about our food and beverages

* Circulate through the assigned bar/lounge area on a continuous basis to provide superior guest service

* Deliver drink orders according to FRC guidelines to each guest and in a timely and efficient manner

* Maintain cash bank and follow established cash handling procedures

* Follow and practice all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations

* Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of all guests

* Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required

* Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean section at all times, free from dirty glassware, plastic cups, beer bottles

* Polish all glasses

* Clean and maintain reach-in coolers and fixtures in bar area
