Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support “Metrology 360”- Fox Valley Metrology’s customer-facing website
- Support internal software and computer systems
- Test software updates
- Document software updates and processes
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Microsoft Windows and Office environments
- Written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to be a self-starter.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years relevant experience preferred.
Short Term Disability
9 Paid Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday after probationary period
80 hours of Paid Time Off (prorated) after probationary period with an additional 40 hours of Paid Time Off available after 1 year of service
401(k) program with up to 4% company match
