Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support “Metrology 360”- Fox Valley Metrology’s customer-facing website

· Support internal software and computer systems

· Test software updates

· Document software updates and processes

· Perform other related duties, as assigned.

· Microsoft Windows and Office environments

· Written and oral communication skills

· Critical thinking and problem solving skills

· Organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to be a self-starter.

· Must work well in a team environment.

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· 1-3 years relevant experience preferred.
